I am unable to accept credit cards over the phone. all payments are handled through Paypal. You can pay via a credit or debit card through PayPal without signing up for a PayPal account. If you do have a PayPal account, you can pay using your PayPal account balance or any other method of payment PayPal accepts.
As this is a "Pay Per Use" service, a $25 fee is required before support services are rendered. If the support session exceeds 30 minutes, you will be billed $10 per 10 minutes of support time there after. Upon completion of the additional support time, you are required to pay the remaining balance of the full support session before our call is completed.
