It is absolutely Free to call and ask me your question and to decide whether or not you wish my assistance with your Mac. There is a minimum charge of $15 for the first 20 minute is support. After the first 20 minutes of support, you will be charged $10 per 10 minutes of support services.

I am unable to accept credit cards over the phone. all payments are handled through Paypal. You can pay via a credit or debit card through PayPal without signing up for a PayPal account. If you do have a PayPal account, you can pay using your PayPal account balance or any other method of payment PayPal accepts.
As this is a "Pay Per Use" service, payment is required immediately upon completion of the support service.
